The Institute od Sexual Anthropology operates based on the legal status of a foundation.

It was entered into the National Court Register in 2008. It is a non-profit organization – all generated revenue is allocated exclusively to its statutory objectives, and the Foundation applies principles of transparency and openness in its financial management.

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

​The Institute of Sexual Anthropology operates within the foundation as a separate, autonomous scientific research unit. The Foundation provides administrative, financial, and accounting support for the Institute. Its task is to provide the necessary funds, as well as the technical and organizational conditions, for the Institute to fulfill its scientific research mission. The governing bodies of the Foundation are the Management Board and the Supervisory Board.

​THE MANAGEMENT BOARD

The Management Board directs the Foundation's activities, represents it externally, and is responsible for the achievement of its statutory objectives.

THE SUPERVISORY BOARD

​The Supervisory Board exercises control and oversight over the activities of the Management Board and the entire Foundation.
